mount. There are extremely tough and will not let you down. In the USA they are
used for Musky trolling, with 12" long lures trolled at 6 mph in the
propwash of the boat, if a 40lb fish hit a lure like this trolled from a
plastic holder it would smash it to bits. So don't trust your rod to a plastic
holder use a metal one. D11 Rod holder, this is the model I use on my boat the mount fastens to the gunnel of the boat with bolts or screws, to remove the holder just undo the wing nut and take the holder home or put it in your tackle box. I can adjust the angle of the holder right from having the rod tips in the water to pointing at the sky and any other position in between. S10 "Salty", if the D11 is tough, the S10 is "super
tough" it has double clamps that open out to 2" wide and is a beefed
up version of the D11. The clamps are able to swivel so you can adjust the angle
