Cut plugs are one of the deadliest Trolling lures ever made, used in Lochs for Salmon or Trout or Harled in Rivers for Salmon they are the top bait in many waters.

We stock the largest range of Cut plugs in the UK in size and colour, they range from the 2" long Tomic Wee Tad right up to 7" long Custom painted Jumbo Tomics.

Many of the lures are custom airbrushed and are only available on this site.There are a range of body styles from the wood bodied Lyman Plugs to the Plastic bodied Tomics and Trollscot range.

Custom painted Tomic classic 3" and 4" long. The colour patterns below have proved very effective for Salmon and Ferox, with multiple catches of Ferox in one day on certain of the lures. Some of the lures are pictured with Siwash ( single) hooks. Treble hooks are fitted as standard,but I would recommend trying single hooks as they are very effective.

A range of handmade wooden Cutplugs the lures are Lathe turned from Scottish Hardwoods and the blanks are pressure treated in liquid plastic to waterproof the wood. If you have used Lyman lures these lures have the same crazy erratic action in the water that you can only get from a wooden lure.

Luhr Jensen lighted J-Plug a 4¾" long Plug with a water activated light, the LED has a 400hr life which equals 50 x 8hr trolling days, then you just have a normal J-Plug. The Green Glo plug also has Glow paint on it, so its bound to cause "Fireworks" with the fish. If you troll late into the evenings these plugs will be worth giving a swim. Price £11.99 each

Tomic Wee Tad

The Wee Tad is a 2" long Cut Plug that is a deadly wee lure ,the largest fish caught on one was a 64lb King Salmon in Canada and they have caught some impressive fish in the UK as well, it is not a lure to be overlooked its well worth having one or two in your tackle box.

Lyman Lures These 3" long Canadian hand made plugs are made of Cedar wood, and with then being made of wood they have a different action to plastic plugs, they are much more lively and bounce around a lot more.£5.25 each

Lyman Lures 4" Plugs these Plugs 4" long are fitted with 2 treble hooks they are handmade and painted and really have a fantastic action in the water they dart from side to side and up and down. We stock them in 4 of the top fish catching colours Silver Red Head and 3 Glow colours.Cost £6.25 each

Jumbo Tomics these 6 and 7" long Tomics are refurbished commercial Tomics as used by the commercial trollers of Canada. They are repainted in Prey fish colours to suit our Lochs and Lakes, some of them have teeth marks from their previous life, so they are proven fish catchers!! 6" £5.25 ....7" £5.50 each
